Cancellation policies

If you must make a cancellation or change dates, you have to send us an e-mail:

For all our guided tours cancellation up till 8 days before is 100% refunded of the total sum. 7 days or less before arrival, no refund. You can talk to your insurance company to claim compensation.

Bike rentals can be cancelled up to 72 h befor the rental day, after that no refund for bike rent.
